I'm trying to reset my license but the button "reset" is not available in my account

I am trying to reset my Trados Studio Professional license through my RWS account; however, the "Reset License" button is not available. The license has been deactivated, but it still appears as "in use" in the system.

As I am planning to upgrade to Trados Studio 2024, I need to fully deactivate the current license. Could you please assist me with this issue?
