Trados 2024 crashing

I have installed trados 2024 trial, I managed to create some GroupShare projects but it seems to be quite unstable because it often crashes during the project creation wizard. No errors appear, it just suddenly closes.

I often need to restart the project creation, leading me to close it and use the 2022 version to work fine.

    Do you get any error messages?  Can you share the full stack?

    Try a full reset and reinstall.  

    Clean install... try the following.

    1. Uninstall Studio
    2. Uninstall MultiTerm

    Now manually delete these folders if they are still there (back up your TMs, Termbases, AutoSuggest Dictionaries and Projects first in case you make a mistake):

    I remember that crash issues started after updating Trados 2024 with 18.0.2.3255 update, then I uninstalled Trados 2024.

    I reinstalled it, this time without updating it with 18.0.2.3255 update and it is now working fine.

    Do you already experienced such issues with 18.0.2.3255 update?

    The update is crucial because it shows the Evolve markers and I would need it, is there something that should be done ti fix this update?

    The short answer would be "No".  I'd try the update again if you have cleaned up as I mentioned in addition to reinstalling?  I also wonder why you didn't just reinstall with the latest version without going through an upgrade?

    I didn't reinstall the latest version because I suspected the bug was in it.

    I have now disinstalled the previous version, cleaned up as you mentioned, installed the latest version , including 18.0.2.3255 update, and the crashes started again.

    Unfortunately returning no errors.

    Do you have any idea?
