Hello,
I deactivated my licence offline (because I'm not able to do it "normally" for months). However, license is still "in use" on my account. I followed this procedure a lot of times since I often use 2 computers so I know how to do it right. I also tried to Reset the license but it isn't working neither, the "Reset License" button is not available on my account, I only see my name and the activation code. So please could you help me with the deactivation as I'm in a rush and need to have access to Trados ASAP.
