Reset license is not working

Hi there

I need to deactivate the license of my laptop and activate in my desktop. 

I already tried to deactivate online, offline and reset the licence. None of the options worked Disappointed

I was instructed to submit a case to the technical team. 

Could you please help me with that? I need to solve this ASAP to start working again.
