Hi All,
today when I try to open Trados Studio 2024 I receive the following error message:
Your cloud account has reached the maximum number of devices for the current subscription.
I have my personal account and the customer's account and I can't delete any of them because I need both. However the error message appears on my personal account. Most of the times this thing of switching between the accounts works properly, but not today.
It already happened to me, but after a while the error message used to disappear automatically. Today it seems to persist.
Any suggestions?
