Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account.

Hi,

When trying to activate my subscription for Trados 2024, this message appears:

Error message in Cloud Sign In window stating 'Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account. Create an account or contact your cloud account administrator.' with Sign out button and inactive My Account link.

When clicking on My Account, the link does not work. 

I'm a bit stuck here so any help is appreciated!
