Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account.

Hi,

When trying to activate my subscription for Trados 2024, this message appears:

Error message in Cloud Sign In window stating 'Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account. Create an account or contact your cloud account administrator.' with Sign out button and inactive My Account link.

When clicking on My Account, the link does not work. 

I'm a bit stuck here so any help is appreciated!

    Payment should have been processed by now, but the problem still persists.

    Screenshot showing order details with order number, price, submitted date as 24-Apr-2025, and order status marked as 'Order completed 25-Apr-2025'.

    In order to activate my subscription, Trados asks me to create a cloud account:

    Notification window with the message 'Account not found. Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account. Create an account or contact your cloud account administrator.'

    When I click the prompt, the link does not work:

    Trados error screen with a lock icon and the message 'You are not authorized to access Trados. Accept the invitation link sent to your email or contact your account administrator for support.'

    There is no such email in my mail box.

    Could you take a look at this? Thank you!
