Hello everyone,
I have installed a new hard drive in my computer and I cannot deactivate the Translation Business Manager 5 in the old hard drive anymore.
After installing Trados Business Manager (BaccS Desktop 5) in the new hard drive/computer, I cannot activate the license. I would need SDL to reset the license so that I can activate it in my new hard drive.
Could anyone help with this issue? I don't know how to log a case directly for the technical support. Last time in 2022 they reset my license.
