Hello. My desktop computer crashed. On my laptop I can't re-activate Trados Studio 2021. The error message is: "Could not connect to the activation server. Er is een fout opgetreden bij het verzenden van het aanvraag."
My RWS account says: Users 1 - In Use 0 - Available1.
Could I get some assistance?
