Please deactivate the license from your account, install the software on the new computer (please download the installer from your RWS account), and then activate the license on your new computer.

Hi Lucian, I looked at the instructions but they would require me to spend about $600-$700 to repair the dead computer so that I can access that Trados installation. Is there a way to deactivate the license in a way that does not require an expensive repair of the computer?
Hi Adrian,
Please try to reset your license from your RWS account - Licenses tab - Reset license button.
You need to pick which of the two activations you wish to reset, since you have a Trados Freelance 2022 Plus license.
Please let us know if resetting the license solved this situation.
Best regards,
