no deactivation button in the Product Activation wizard

Thanks for your help, but unfortunately the problem is not solved yet. 
 First of all, I cannot find die deactivation button in the Product Activation wizard, I see only activation button for the activation button. 
 My question is how can I deactivate my license without the previous laptop? 
 Please see the email below I sent you yesterday.

 I use Studio 2021 Freelance Plus. 
 I bought a new laptop and formatted my previous computer without deactivating Studio 2021. 
 When I tried to install 2021 on my new laptop and activate it, I got an error message 403. 
 I reset the license, but nothing changed, and now the reset button has disappeared. 
 I don't know what to do. Please help.

Hi Jina, 
 The license appears as Available in your RWS account, that is why there's no Reset button - the license is free to use, both activations. 
 
 You don't need to deactivate it after a reset, you just need to follow the steps to Activate it now. The reset basically returns the license to an inactive state.
