Access to Language Weaver on my account

I recently upgraded from Trados 2021 to Trados 2024 and paid the required difference. The new account includes access to a defined volume of material on Language Weaver, and my RWS account clearly shows that I own the license, but I have been unable to create an account in Language Weaver and have been unable to access it. Here are the details so far:

To begin with, I clicked to open an account, I was sent an email for verification of my address, I clicked on the link in the email message I received, and was told that "You are not authorized to access Trados," even though I am logged in to Trados. It says I must accept the invitation link I received in the email, but that is what I already did, and I am still locked out

If I click "Language Cloud" in my RWS account on the RWS website, I receive the message (with padlock) "You are not authorized to access Trados. To proceed you must accept the invitation link you received via email at e.lewis@aiic.net. If you haven't received an invitation, we recommend you contact your Account administrator or support to help you with your Account configuration."

I did click on the invitation when it arrived, as I explained above, but I continue to receive the same padlock, so I contacted support on RWS, went round with them in many circles, and finally the very helpful representative suggested I enter here.
I tried many other avenues.
From inside Trados, I open Project Settings and select "Use" and "Language Weaver Provider." I am asked to select which provider I prefer: "Cloud" and "Edge." I select "Cloud," and am asked to select my preferred login method. I select RWS ID SSO (I don't know what SSO is). I receive an indecipherable error message and then a spinning circle that never resolves.
I select "Click here to verify your credentials." It takes me an RWS Language Weaver page. I click on "Log in" and receive a message saying that I am not allowed to login to Language Weaver.
So I keep going round and round in the same loop and still to not have access to these cloud-based resources. The helpful representative verified that everything was in order with my account, including Language Weaver, but I still can't get in.
Any help will be much appreciated.
