Trados Studio 2022 Subscription licencing error

I was using Trados Studio 2022 with my Freelance Subscription and suddenly an information message that says the product licence was deacivated and the application closes.

I've tried to open the app again, then the product activation window appears.
When I select my account (which has a valid subscription licence) and press OK button, the same information message appears and the app closes.
On the RWS account page - licence and subscription tab, my Freelance subscription status is "InActive" and I cannot activate it.

I purchased the subscription licence in March this year, so it must be still valid and able to be activated.
