License reset for extra activations of Trados Studio 2021 and Trados Studio 2017 and for SDL Passolo 2016

Hello good morning to everybody in RWS, I would like to have my extra activations for trados studio 2021 and 2017 reset and off couurse for SDL Passolo 2116.
