I have, but i don't have SdlIdentityCredentials at this location. The only thing that's there is Servers.bin

Any other possible solutions?

Can I go back to using a previous version of Trados?

Can you try this? - Showing hidden files, folders and extensions on Windows operating systems - RWS Customer Support. Let me know if something doesn't work.

I have purchased all the upgrades since 2015. I really don't want to buy the latest one, at least not to be forced to buy it at this moment. But I do have deadlines approaching, so if you could let me know how I could use one of the previous versions that I paid for, I would appreciate it.
