I have tried to desactivate the licence because I have a new computer but neither online nor offline worked. This seems to be the only way to get support. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Daphné Rower,
Please try to reset the license from your RWS account. For this you Login into your RWS account, go on the Licenses tab and click on Reset license button. Since you have a Plus licence, you need to pick the license you wish to reset.
After confirming the reset of the license, please allow the indicated time by the system to pass before trying to activate it again.
