As per your instructions, I attempted to reactivate the Starter license, but unfortunately the same problem persists. The license still does not activate in my account.

While a remote session is certainly an option, the Starter license is nearing its expiration date, and given its limited functionality, I plan to switch to a full version through an annual subscription soon.
