could not connect to the activation server

Question

Trying to activate Trados Studio 2021 and receiving the following error "could not connect to the activation server check the activation server address". where can I check for the address and resolve this. Thanks.

 You can try to add exceptions in the firewall for the following but this doesn`t guarantee that the online activation will work: License Server: 35.241.0.149 OOS server: 51.68.185.201 Https port 443 
 "Single-user" licenses are meant to be used by a single user, for your needs (moving the license around between translators) there are Network licenses which are intended exactly for this purpose.
