Hello,
I have a Trados Studio 2024 Freelance licence (Trados Studio 2024 - 18.0.0.1013). A few days ago my computer crashed and had to be formatted. I couldn't deactivate the license online and when I went to deactivate it offline it gave me an error. Now, every time I try to activate the licence, it tells me that there are no licences available.
Could you please deactivate my licence so that I can activate it again on my computer?
