I had a free trial period of Trados freelance 2024 which came to an end and I am now paying the first month subscription of 48 Euro. However, as soon as the Trados trial period of 30 days ran out (going down day by day until it reached zero) I can no longer open Trados although I am paying the subscription. It must be a licensing problem but I don´t know how to "activate" the monthly subscription license that I have. Can anyone help? Thanks

Hopefully there's no problem at all... Follow these instructions:
When you open Trados, a dialog will appear (mine says 'beta' because I'm working in the Professional beta version) that looks something like this:
Click on the 'Subscription' tab and your next screen will look different to mine, but something like this:
Click on the 'Activate' button and you should see something like the following:
Once you see the 'Deactivate' button, you're good to go. Click on 'Close'
There's a lot more info about licensing via the 'Help' button in the above dialog.

If you want to see the status of your license/s, go to:
https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.aspx
You'll need to sign in with the email address you use for your Trados account, and your usual password.
