Problem with Trados subscription licensing

I had a free trial period of Trados freelance 2024 which came to an end and I am now paying the first month subscription of 48 Euro. However, as soon as the Trados trial period of 30 days ran out (going down day by day until it reached zero) I can no longer open Trados although I am paying the subscription. It must be a licensing problem but I don´t know how to "activate" the monthly subscription license that I have. Can anyone help? Thanks

    I appreciate your effort I still have a problem.

    When I get into licensing it says I have no license. And when I go to the new RWS portal I am told I have a subscription and I can download the product (which I have done several times) but nothing about licensing.

    So, at the moment, I have paid 48 Euro to have access to studio 24 until 17 August and I am unable to use Trados or even find my license. This is frustrating - I would like these software to make my life easier. not harder. I don´t want to spend hours trying to open a product that I have paid for, At the moment I have reverted to using Trados 2019 because I can at least use that.

    Can I get no direct help? It doesn´t seem right to sell a product and then expect users to solve their problems between themselves on a community portal.
