Problem with Trados subscription licensing

I had a free trial period of Trados freelance 2024 which came to an end and I am now paying the first month subscription of 48 Euro. However, as soon as the Trados trial period of 30 days ran out (going down day by day until it reached zero) I can no longer open Trados although I am paying the subscription. It must be a licensing problem but I don´t know how to "activate" the monthly subscription license that I have. Can anyone help? Thanks

    Yes the subscription is in the link that you sent. But there is no information on licensing there.

    What happened was that I subscribed on 3rd July and the 14 day RWS trial started and then came to an end on 17 August, when I paid 48 Euro.

    Meanwhile, there was also a generic 30 day trial period for Trados that came to an end on 3rd of August, which was the day that I was no longer able to open Trados. But Trados does not ask for any activation and I am not able to find any licensing informaiton anywhere in my account.

    So it could be a software issue but it could also be a licensing issue or both...

    Anyway, thanks for opening the case - hopefully I can get this sorted out with the direct help of someone.
