Hi, I am experiencing the same issue with the same Trados version. Trados suddenly stopped loading. I’ve already tried the remedies suggested in this forum, such as deleting the cloud.bin file and renaming the Studio17 folder to Studio17_old, but Trados still doesn’t launch when I click it. It also doesn’t display any error message. I hope someone can help me with this as soon as possible, as I need to create a return package for a task that was due last night, which I was unable to submit because Trados would not load.
