Problem in Deactivate and Activate Trados 2019

Question

Hello. I got a new device and want to activate my Trados Studio 2019 on the new device. I tried to deactivate my Trados Studio on my old device but I got 403 forbidden error. Could you please assist?

 Please try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545 
 Then, try to activate your license offline on the new PC as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039784
