I purchased Trados Studio 2024 Freelance on May 11.
When I opened Trados today, it showed a message saying my license had expired and that I needed to activate it.
I entered my activation code, but Trados displayed a message saying I have no license.
I then tried activating offline via the website, but after pressing the "activate offline button", nothing happened, and I was redirected back to the starting page.
When I checked the license page again, it showed the status as "In-use," but I still cannot open Trados.
I tried resetting the license and tried again, but still can't access. Same issue.
Please advise how I can resolve this issue so I can use Trados again.
