Hi,
I'm afraid you can no longer cancel the subscription since it was purchased in January, it's a one-year subscription and we are in August already. However, you can opt not to renew it next year, when it expires. Otherwise, the subscription is going to continue until its expiry date and can be used until then.

As for the deactivation, can you please provide more information? You just want to deactivate it or to remove it from your computer?
As I mentioned above, a purchased subscription is a one-year commitment and upon its renewal time you can opt not to renew.

Like I mentioned above, you just don't renew the subscription when it reaches the end of its period. The subscription you purchased in January is not a subscription plan, like the ones we started offering just a few months ago. The subscription plans were not available in January, so you made a one time purchase for the one-year subscription, and it does not renew automatically. Only if you want to renew it and only if you contact the responsible team to place a renewal order for you.
You did not save any card details in your RWS account - and you can check that yourself using the link I have provided above and going into the Account details.
