Can't work in cloud

Question

I have a Freelance plus license (2024), and I am having trouble with cloud projects. 
 I get the following error messages. 
 Logging in to the cloud website: Account.id not provided. TR_ID: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx 
 One of my computers: you don't have the appropriate permissions to create cloud projects 
 Another of my computers: 
 At one time this evening I got asked to check my internet and fire wall settings, but that was only one time. Is now also showing you don't have the appropriate permissions to create cloud projects
