I have SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus with the possibility of an extra activation.
Studio is working fine on my first computer but I have changed my second computer and need to activate the extra activation on the new computer without removing access for computer 1.
The license page is showing
Users: 1 1* In use: 1 1* Available: 0 0*
It is so long ago that I set everything up, I have no idea what to do.
Could you please remind me.

Hi Annette,
You can reset the second activation by clicking the Reset license button (RWS Account - Licenses tab) and selecting the one that you think it's the activation from the second computer using the activation dates indicated there.

The activation code is the one above this line - from your RWS Account - Licenses tab, starting with 4
Please try that one and do not share it here, as it is your personal activation code.
