Hello,
I need to reinstall trados 2019 on my new computer. My old computer is beyond repair.
I went to my RWS account, clicked offline activation, received an offline unique activation id and a deactivation authorization.
Received a deactivation ticket by you in my mail.
But I receive an error message after clicking on 'confirm deactivation'.
I am grateful for the help you can provide.
