My computer crashed and I had to get an emergency one to work while it is fixed. However, when I try to activate Trados (2019) on this new one, there is an error.
On my RWS account, it shows 1 in use and 0 available. I believe the one in use is in the old computer that I can't access at the moment.
Could someone please assist me in activating for this temporary computer?
