Upgrade Trados Studio License issue

Hello,

I bought the Trados Studio 2024 upgrade from 2022 version in July . I tried to upgrade the licence yesterday (26/08), all day long, and today but the system always returns the same error message:

RWS Account page showing an error message in a red box stating 'An error has occurred'. Instructions below suggest reloading the page or contacting support.

Here is the sequence I follow, to be clear:
Under Product & Plans > Licenses & Subscriptions, I click on
- Your Available Upgrades
- Upgrade
- Process Upgrade

And then I see the error message.

Can you please help on this so I can work in Trados Studio 2024.
