When trying to activate Trados Studio 2017, for which I have a license, I receive a message "Failed to validate offline. The specified activation certificate may not be valid." However I cannot access a certificate when logged into my account. Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

You need to reset the license, as currently it shows as In Use"

After that, wait please for 30 minutes and then you can activate it, preferably offline.
