Hi, I have a perpetual license of Trados Studios 2024, which I have been using for a few months without any problem.

The other day I activated it to use it on another computer and then deactivated it when I finished working on that computer, and now this message appears when I try to enter the license activation code: "Activation Error: There are currently no licences available for the specified activation code. Do you want to open the conection settings?". But I still have the perpetual license!

I click on opening the conection settings, but I'm not sure what to do next, or if the problem can be solved from this settings or somewhere else.
