I've noticed that he license code apperas in Use. Before the activation please try to reset the license from the RWS account--> Products&Plans--> Licenses: RWS Account, and let us know if you encounter any issues.

We have alreadly tried to reset licence from the RWS account, but without success.
The licence is working with my PC User GIULIA BERTOLA, but when the second user AMBRA DE POLO, tries to activate licence from her PC, it does not work.
