I'm a Trados Studio 2021 user with 2 licences. I get an error message each time I try and deactivate a licence (offline deactivation, PC out of action) and I'm told I have to submit a support request. Can somebody help please?

I'm a Trados Studio 2021 user with 2 licences. I get an error message each time I try and deactivate a licence (offline deactivation, PC out of action) and I'm told I have to submit a support request. Can somebody help please?
Have got the same problem as Ana Sabo. I'm trying to deactivate my licence to transfer it to a new pc but I get the message. "There are multiple instances of this application running. Close the other instances before deactivating the license." Can anyone help me?
