Hello!
After installing and activating version 2019 Freelance on the other laptop, I cannot open the German version of the programme. The download stops at the step where I have to specify whether or not I want to participate in customer feedback. When I click the Help button, the following website does not open: docs.sdl.com/.../SetupWizard_WelcomePage.
As a result, I cannot open the programme and work in it. I tried to repair the program, but it did not help.
