Cannot reset license via RWS account for Trados Studio 2021

We, a small agency are moving from a remote desktop environment to working locally on our respective computers.

We have now deactivated the license in-app in the remote environment, but on the RWS account page it still says that all licenses (5) are used.

When clicking "Reset license", nothing happens, except being forwarded to the RWS Gateway.
