i asked to activate my existing lisence, and the help i got was the same article that in the help that does not work for me.
i have no access to my old computer so i Reset my lisecne as advised in your help. i now have the liscene on hold and i can't activate it on my new computer. the reason is the i'm unable to get the neccessary code either activation code and/ or installation ID.
the articles are not helping me.
i would appreciate a better help
