Hello,

I have been trying for several hours to activate my new permanent Trados Studio 2024 freelance plus licence (Trados Studio 2024 SR1).

First online, but I got this error message:

So then I tried the offline activation procedure, following these steps: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039784

After several tries, I managed to get an activation certificate but when entering it into Trados, I got another error message:

I made several more tries, resetting the licence in between to be able to generate an offline activation certificate. Nothing worked, and now it tells me that I cannot reset the licence anymore.

I'm totally stuck here, please help.
