Issue deactivating Trados Studio 2024 SR1 development license

Hello,

I have a development license (an activation code is not linked to my RWS account). I would like to move the license to another computer, but I’m unable to deactivate it on the current installation. I always receive the following error message:

“An error occurred while retrieving your license. Error ID: 125.”

How can I deactivate it? I cannot use offline deactivation since the license does not appear in the RWS UI. I’m using Trados Studio 2024 SR1.
