I bought a trados 2024 one year subscription in april, did not use it. Today, when I try to open trados, it says the licence is not active; I try to access the cloud and get a message saying that there is no RWS ID linked to the cloud, howere I can access my RWS page with licences with no problem, so the ID does exist. See screenshot. Please help
