Dear team,
I need to deactivate my license from HP laptop to my new Thinkpad. I understand there are to options to deactivate my perpetual license. But I have problems either way.
Online: it returns a 403 error from the server.
Offline: I do not have the "deactivate offline" link on my license&subscription page. See below screenshot.
Please help. Thank you so much for your great support.
