Trados Studio 2024 SR1 - 18.1.2.6370: Network license cannot be borrowed

Question

Dear Trados support team, 
 we have three Trados Studio 2024 Professional network licenses and can borrow and return them on all our computers - except one. Error message is "Die Lizenz wurde auf diesem Computer bereits ausgeliehen" (the license has already been borrowed on this computer). 
 Current setting in the reg editor is: Use borrowed license: False, Use License Server: True. Change of this setting does not help.
