Unable to activate new licence

Hi there, I am unable to activate my new licence (1-year subscription). In my account, I can see it is there and active, but in Studio, I am getting the following error message:

    Hi Emma,

    In case nobody at RWS sees your query, this can happen but is usually brief.

    It can be triggered by an internet disconnection somewhere between your system and the RWS servers.

    Hopefully in a very short time, you will find that you can open Trados successfully and click on Help>Product Activation and find that the green button has reappeared and you can click on Activate...

    Dialog box with the message 'This package entitles you to activate Trados Studio. Do you want to activate it now?' and a green 'Activate' button below.

    ... or you may find that you are already automatically signed back in.

    These things happen occasionally...

    If the above does not happen, I'm sure that someone at RWS will look into this for you very quickly, depending on who is available. For example,  ,  or
