Problems with opening Trados, "license disactivated"

Hello,

I'm very upset because this morning when I tried to work all of a sudden my Trados Program closed telling me that my license has been disactivated. But my abbonnement is still valid until 17th of dicembre. How can I reactivate my license?

I already lost 1 hour of work.

    maybe I understand what happened. Yesterday I received an e-mail from RWS that I had to activate my new Trados Subscription Account. This morning I didn't have time to read it because I had to deliver an urgent translation and I was in a very big mess because Trados didn't work anymore. Then I thought it was because I didn't renew the Subsciption of 2022, so I paid 239,00 € as from your offer I receivd th 19th of octobre (2 MONTH before the expiring date of the abbonnement!!!) I Paid 239 €. Now I saw that I should pay 420 € the 18th of dicembre for the new Subscription and that you want my payment informations. What does this mean? What are thesee 420 € for? And why is my Trados license blocked even if it expires only in dicembre?
