Problems with opening Trados, "license disactivated"

Hello,

I'm very upset because this morning when I tried to work all of a sudden my Trados Program closed telling me that my license has been disactivated. But my abbonnement is still valid until 17th of dicembre. How can I reactivate my license?

I already lost 1 hour of work.
