Hello,
I'm very upset because this morning when I tried to work all of a sudden my Trados Program closed telling me that my license has been disactivated. But my abbonnement is still valid until 17th of dicembre. How can I reactivate my license?
I already lost 1 hour of work.

If you are still using Trados 2022, please install and activate Trados 2024 according to the steps at this link: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?sys_kb_id=a9cd26e01b0f9a50772c0dcad34bcba0&id=kb_article_view
You already paid for the renewal (your oder 874739 from today) so you should be able to use the subscription until next year.

Hello Elisa,
thanks for your answer. I still have Trados 2022. I tried to activate Trados 2024 according to the steps at le link, but on the screen didn't appear "Your selected account contains the following package" and not even "Trados Studio Professional Cloud Capabilities" So I couldn't go on.
Could you please share a screenshot so I can see what you mean?

maybe I understand what happened. Yesterday I received an e-mail from RWS that I had to activate my new Trados Subscription Account. This morning I didn't have time to read it because I had to deliver an urgent translation and I was in a very big mess because Trados didn't work anymore. Then I thought it was because I didn't renew the Subsciption of 2022, so I paid 239,00 € as from your offer I receivd th 19th of octobre (2 MONTH before the expiring date of the abbonnement!!!) I Paid 239 €. Now I saw that I should pay 420 € the 18th of dicembre for the new Subscription and that you want my payment informations. What does this mean? What are thesee 420 € for? And why is my Trados license blocked even if it expires only in dicembre?
This isn't in any way related to your payments, most likely a technical issue, this is why I asked for the screenshot. As mentioned, you paid for your renewal today, so your subscription is valid until the 17th of December 2026. Since 2024, this is a subscription for Trados 2024, so Trados 2022 might work side by side, but normally you should use Trados 2024. Please provide a screenshot from the activation window and we will submit a case with our technical team for you if needed.

I tried to send you the screenshot, but I couldn't send the mail after. I will try again. I didn't understand if I can still use Trados 2022 without problems or if I'm obliged to do the upgrade.
With the subscription you are always on the latest version (since June 2024 that is Trados 2024), so you cannot upgrade a subscription. I recommend you use Trados 2024, I cannot guarantee Trados 2022 will also run side by side but you can try. I will submit a case for you and you can provide screenshots to the technical team via e-mail.

Thanks Elisa. But please explain me again: today I paid 239 Euro for the renewal of the License 2022, but Trados doesn't work. I received an e-mail yesterday that on the 18th of dicembre I have to pay 420 € for the new subscription of Trados 2024 and that I have to register my credit card dates on your website. Does this mean that in 1 1/2 month I have to pay 420 € again? And why can't you guarantee that Trados 2022 will continue to work? So why 2 weeks ago you sent me the offer for Trados 2022?
According to the e-mail I received yesterday I opened my account and I found this written:
"Your next invoice will be issued on 18 Dec 2026 for the value of €420.00."
I'm sorry, but please explain everything clearly to me, I don't understand.
