Problems with opening Trados, "license disactivated"

Hello,

I'm very upset because this morning when I tried to work all of a sudden my Trados Program closed telling me that my license has been disactivated. But my abbonnement is still valid until 17th of dicembre. How can I reactivate my license?

I already lost 1 hour of work.

  • Thanks Elisa. But please explain me again: today I paid 239 Euro for the renewal of the License 2022, but Trados doesn't work. I received an e-mail yesterday that on the 18th of dicembre I have to pay 420 € for the new subscription of Trados 2024 and that I have to register my credit card dates on your website. Does this mean that in 1 1/2 month I have to pay 420 € again? And why can't you guarantee that Trados 2022 will continue to work? So why 2 weeks ago you sent me the offer for Trados 2022?
    According to the e-mail I received yesterday I opened my account and I found this written:

    "Your next invoice will be issued on 18 Dec 2026 for the value of €420.00."

    I'm sorry, but please explain everything clearly to me, I don't understand.
