I am sorry but we do not offer phone support for such issues. As already confirmed, yes, you paid until December 2026 and the technical team is doing their best to help you.

Hello Elisa,
I downloaded now the 2024-Version from the menu Licences in my account and installed it, and it works. But I didnt' understand if it's only a trial version of 30 days or if it lasts until Dicembre 2026.

You need to log in into the subscription section. You already own this subscription to Trados 2024.
