I cannot open my suscription although I already paid for it.

Good afternoon, 
I am worried because I cannot open my suscription (Trados 2024), I paid for it last Thusday, October 23 and up to date I cannot work. Could you help me please?
I already tried to open it by signing in with the other email address (midanzag@hotmail.com), and it is still the same.
I am sending you two screenshots.
The first one indicates that my license has expired (in red letters).
The second one, indicates the dates of launching and expiration, (the e-mail).
The problem that I think it could be is that the email (midanzag@hotmail.comin the second screenshot was created just for receiving another past suscription. That e-mail is no longer useful for me.
The correct e-mail I use for receiving my job from the office is "ocampotrads@hotmail.com". This is very important because otherwise I won't be receiving assignments from my office. Could that be causing trouble?
