I am worried because I cannot open my suscription (Trados 2024), I paid for it last Thusday, October 23 and up to date I cannot work. Could you help me please?I already tried to open it by signing in with the other email address (midanzag@hotmail.com), and it is still the same.I am sending you two screenshots.The first one indicates that my license has expired (in red letters).The second one, indicates the dates of launching and expiration, (the e-mail).The problem that I think it could be is that the email (midanzag@hotmail.com) in the second screenshot was created just for receiving another past suscription. That e-mail is no longer useful for me.The correct e-mail I use for receiving my job from the office is "ocampotrads@hotmail.com". This is very important because otherwise I won't be receiving assignments from my office.
